If you do not know where your children are at this very second you are doing an unbelievably bad job. If they are on the internet Social Media a is a Pedophile’s arena to find your children. So are the gaming spots. Roblox etc. If you do not know about social media or gaming sites. ASK and you will learn. Watch on YouTube Take Down by Chris Hansen. It is a show about catching predators. This is a disease and your children need you more than ever.
· The statistics on this page come from the most credible sources available. Collectively, they reveal the reality of sexual violence in America today.
· Every minute, someone in the U.S. is sexually assaulted. Every nine minutes, that someone is a child.
· Sexual violence affects people in every community. Its impact goes beyond survivors—hurting families, relationships, and entire communities.
· An estimated 423,020 people age 12+ experience sexual violence each year in the U.S.
· 54% In the U.S., over half of sexual violence victims are ages 18-34 63,000.
· 2009-2013: Child protective services substantiated or found compelling evidence that 63,000 children a year were sexually abused.
· Survivors of sexual violence commonly hear statements like these—often from the very people they rely on for support:
“You need to get over it.”
“Isn’t it time you moved past this?”
“You can’t let this upset you forever.”
People may believe they are encouraging survivors to heal but telling a survivor to “just move on” is as ignorant and insensitive as telling a sick person to “just get better. “Decades of research reveal the harsh and lasting impacts of sexual violence on every person it touches. Survivors can and do experience healing, of course, but no two healing journeys are the same—and there are not any “magic words” that can undo what never should have been done in the first place.
If you are a survivor of rape, abuse, incest, or any other form of sexual violence, you deserve to be heard, believed, and supported as you navigate the aftereffects of the harm you experienced.
If you have experienced any or all these assault side effects, you are not “crazy”—and you are not alone.
If a survivor in your life is experiencing any or all these impacts, they are not “crazy”—and they need your unwavering support.
If you or someone you know has experienced sexual assault, you are not alone. RAINN’s National Sexual Assault Hotline offers free, confidential, 24/7 support in English and in Español.

If you ask me children do not belong on Socail Media until at least 18.
If you ask me children need to be observed while on gaming sites.
If you ask me Parents, Children, Teachers and spiritual leaders should be working together to facilitate education about how far predators will go to meet their prey.
If you ask me Parents should be able to make surprise observations of their children in the classroom.
